KENDRIS is the leading independent Swiss provider in the fields of fiduciary, trust and accounting. The services offered include tax and legal consulting, management of trusts, foundations and companies including trustee- and directorships, art management ass well as additional serviices for family office services and owner managed businesses.

KENDRIS combines the classical structuring business (such as trusts, foundations and companies) with tax and legal expertise. KENDRIS serves the interests of those who value the independence of wealth. Independence is one of our key values, which is why we deliberately exclude asset management from our range of services.

Fully owned by its management, KENDRIS clients include high-net-worth individuals (HNI) and families, as well as financial institutions, law firms, tax consulting companies and family offices.

We employ around 140 proven specialists at our headquarter in Zurich and the five branch offices in Aarau, Basel, Geneva, Lausanne and Lucerne, as well as in our subsidiary KENDRIS Austria. In addition, KENDRIS has built its own global network of experienced experts. As Chairman and CEO Dr. Rudolf Roth manages the company together with the other KENDRIS Partners.
