KENDRIS Ltd. is the leading independent Swiss provider of trust, family office and fiduciary services, national and international tax and legal advice, ART management as well as accounting and outsourcing services for private and corporate clients. KENDRIS is managed by its owners and fully owned by its management and employees. We combine the classical structuring business (trusts, foundations and companies) with tax, legal and accounting expertise. Asset management is intentionally excluded due to independence grounds.
In addition to high-net-worth individuals, families and companies, KENDRIS clients include also financial institutions, law firms, tax consulting companies, businesses and family offices. KENDRIS stands for tailor-made solutions which grow with you, your family and your business. Our stated objective is to ensure long term your financial well being – and with this your independence. Both individuals and corporate clients value the constant high quality with which we provide our services. In preparing concepts and strategies, we think in an interdisciplinary manner and comprehensively implement the chosen solution within the scope of ISO processes. We employ around 170 proven specialists at our headquarters in Zurich and the five branch offices in Aarau, Basel, Geneva, Lausanne and Lucerne, as well as in our subsidiary KENDRIS Austria, through which we have EC approval to act as wealth consultant. Chairman Dr. Rudolf Roth and CEO Adrian Escher manage the company together with the other KENDRIS Partners.
