A Modern Fiduciary Company with A Strong Tradition
Since 2005 we have been operating under the name of KENDRIS private Ltd. and have established ourselves as a leading international fiduciary. However, the roots of KENDRIS date back to one hundred years ago:
In 1910 a group of visionary Swiss entrepreneurs founded the Fides Treuhand-Vereinigung. The firm, which quickly gained a strong reputation for its trustworthy and solid financial services, later became the Fides Treuhandgesellschaft and was integrated into the KPMG network in 1992.
In 1999, KPMG private was established as a subsidiary of KPMG Holding, thereby pulling together under one umbrella the different kinds of service for wealthy individuals, such as trust and corporate administration, trustee- and directorships, tax and estate planning, as well as family office services.
As a consequence of reflections on corporate governance, the leadership of KPMG initiated a management buy-out. In April 2005, nine Founding Partners took full control over the shareholder capital and KPMG private became KENDRIS private Ltd. (read media release).
