Hans Rainer Künzle is a founding partner of KENDRIS and also serves as General Counsel and media spokesperson. He is the Country Head Legal for Switzerland. Hans Rainer Künzle's professional focus is on estate planning and estate administration. He joined KPMG Switzerland in 1997 and was appointed Partner four years later. He holds a Ph.D. in economics and business administration and is a renowned author of the Bernese Commentary on Executorship. He wrote various articles on succession law and is co-editor of the Swiss Writings to Investment Counselling and Law of the law review "successio". Prof. Künzle teaches civil law and comparative civil law at the University of Zurich and in several postgraduate programs in Switzerland and abroad.
