Experience
Steven Weissen is a Swiss Certified Tax Expert and holds an LL.M. in International Tax Law. He has extensive experience in Swiss and international corporate tax advisory. Before joining KENDRIS in 2026, he spent more than 13 years at a Big Four firm (KPMG), specialising in International Corporate Tax and M&A Tax.
His areas of expertise include advising companies and entrepreneurs on complex Swiss and international tax matters, domestic and cross-border restructurings, succession planning and tax due diligence. He also advises companies and entrepreneurs on the implementation of tax-efficient structures, refinancing transactions and permanent establishment matters, as well as on negotiations with tax authorities and the preparation of tax rulings. In addition, he regularly speaks on a range of tax-related topics.
