Deal Announcement: Successful Transaction in the Packaging Solutions Sector – MP Multipack AG Joins the ARENIT Group
The former shareholders of MP Multipack AG were advised and supported by saner consulting and KENDRIS throughout the sale of all shares to the ARENIT Group.
Founded in 1986 and headquartered in Oftringen, Switzerland, MP Multipack AG develops and distributes packaging and waste disposal solutions for the Swiss market. As a technical distributor with an international supplier network, the company serves a diverse customer base, including hospitals, airports, the Swiss Armed Forces, municipalities and industrial clients.
With ARENIT Industrie SE, a publicly listed German industrial group headquartered in Hamburg and focused on medium-sized companies in the DACH region, MP Multipack has found a long-term partner to support its continued development while further strengthening ARENIT's presence in Switzerland.
As part of the transaction, saner consulting, the Swiss partner of con|cess M+A and M&A partner of KENDRIS, was responsible for advising on and managing the sale process. KENDRIS provided additional support on fiduciary, tax and legal matters.
