3. Establishment of a tailored ownership structure:
Incorporation, administration, management of asset owning SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle), including provision of professional directors with knowledge and experience in aviation, specialized accounting, full compliance for both corporate and asset related matters.
4. Assisting with acquisition and sales
Full one-stop-shop coordination amongst all stakeholders; including manufacturers/brokers, lawyers, tax advisors, PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection), technical matters, coordination and oversight of insurances.
5. Assisting with financing and re-financing solutions
Coordination with banks or other financial institutions, due diligence, pre- assessment of client’s financial position, and terms of finance.
6. Asset lifecycle support:
Set-up, oversight, control and recommendations related to maintenance, operations or upgrade of the asset. Liaison and negotiations with stakeholders as required (operator, maintenance provider etc.) to defend the Owner’s interests.
