About Delia

Experience

As an HR Business Partner, Delia Meierhofer supports managers and employees throughout the entire employee life cycle – primarily for KENDRIS Switzerland Ltd. Thanks to previous all-rounder roles, she brings not only HR expertise but also interdisciplinary experience in accounting, event management, marketing and communications, as well as specialist knowledge in insurance.

Her HR career truly began with a position at a recruitment agency, where she was able to deepen her existing skills in recruitment and administration. She gained even more comprehensive experience in her most recent role as a People Operations Partner, working in a small team with a very broad range of responsibilities (from administration and payroll to handling legal cases, as well as projects and line support including recruitment). She has been contributing this wealth of experience to KENDRIS since November 2025.
