Deal Announcement: Successful Transaction in IT Security / IAM – with saner consulting and KENDRIS advising identic group
The shareholders of identic group have successfully completed the sale to TIMETOACT GROUP / IPG. During the transaction, the shareholders were advised by the fiduciary services firm KENDRIS on legal and tax matters and by saner consulting (M&A Advisory).
TIMETOACT GROUP, a leading IT services provider with more than 1600 employees worldwide, is acquiring Switzerland-based identic group, a specialized consulting and service company in the field of Identity & Access Management (IAM). With this acquisition, TIMETOACT GROUP strengthens its IAM expertise, bundled under the IPG brand, and further expands its market position in Switzerland.
Throughout the entire transaction process, the shareholders of identic group were supported by saner consulting (M&A Advisory) and KENDRIS (Legal & Tax). Both advisory firms ensured that the owners’ interests were optimally represented and that the foundations for a successful integration were laid.
Managing Director Daniel Fasnacht will remain with the company and take on a leading role within IPG. The financial details of the transaction remain confidential.
