KENDRIS Group realigns itself: Setting the course for the future

To mark its 20th anniversary, the international advisory and fiduciary services firm KENDRIS is setting the course for a successful future. At the heart of the comprehensive transformation are an even more consistent customer focus, the establishment of a holding structure and the relocation and expansion of the head office to Zug.

Locally anchored, globally connected

Switzerland, with its locations in Zug, Zurich, Aarau and Geneva, forms the heart of the group. The attractive home market is the starting point for numerous complex national and international mandates. The local Swiss fiduciary business with owner-managed companies and SMEs remains a central strategic business area.

At the same time, with its other locations in London, Luxembourg, Cyprus, Dubai, Singapore and the USA, KENDRIS is also present in the most important international financial and economic regions. This global positioning enables first-class cross-border support at the highest level.

Structural development

With the introduction of a holding structure, the KENDRIS Group has reorganised its operations and consolidated them under one roof.

The group includes the companies KENDRIS Switzerland Ltd, KENDRIS International Ltd, and KENDRIS Services Ltd. The existing client segments, namely private clients, corporate clients and institutional clients, are thus structurally strengthened and managed in a more differentiated way. In the institutional sector, KENDRIS Capital Ltd. completes the Group’s offering.

The new structure promotes a more targeted focus on the specific needs of each client segment, strategically harnesses synergies in international mandates, and creates greater transparency within the group. At the same time, it sharpens KENDRIS’ profile as an independent, owner-managed company with a consistent customer focus and long-term strategy.

New headquarters in Zug

The choice of Zug as the headquarters of the new holding company is a direct response to the growing significance of this location. In recent years, KENDRIS has established operations for numerous international clients in Zug. With the relocation and expansion of its head office, the group reaffirms its strong commitment to Switzerland as a business location and further strengthens its physical presence.

Shaping the future with values

The transformation is in line with the vision of KENDRIS to offer innovative, client-focused and adaptable solutions as a leading partner. Its mission to provide personal and independent advice, foster employee development, and actively monitor regulatory developments remains a central part of the company’s identity.

The 20th anniversary following the management buy-out from a Big Four firm marks not only a milestone for KENDRIS but also a deliberate new beginning. The Group is entering its third decade, locally anchored and globally connected, with international advisory and fiduciary services for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, corporations and institutional clients.
