Emelie Mahler

Emelie Mahler is the head of the Regulatory Team at KENDRIS. She specialises in tax transparency matters, most notably the automatic exchange of information under CRS and FATCA, and also advises on other topics such as beneficial owner identification and disclosure as well as intermediary disclosures under MDR/DAC6. She joined KENDRIS in 2013 and has a professional background in the field of Swedish international tax advisory and compliance services. 

Emelie Mahler holds an LL.M. from Uppsala University in Sweden and a CAS «Compliance in Financial Services», Certificate of Advanced Studies IRP-HSG at IRP-HSG (Institut für Rechtswissenschaft und Rechtspraxis), University St. Gallen.
