KENDRIS makes numerous promotions
The international advisory and fiduciary services firm KENDRIS is strengthening its leadership team and starting the new year with several promotions: four highly qualified experts have been awarded the title of «Director» effective 1 January.
Lara Bolliger, Swiss Certified Fiduciary Expert, has been part of the national fiduciary team since 2019. She has extensive experience in accounting as well as payroll and financial accounting for national and international clients. Previously, she was a member of KENDRIS’s international fiduciary team.
Eduarda Fernandes, BSc in Business Administration (UAS), supports clients as a mandate head in the international fiduciary services team, guiding them through all phases of the corporate life cycle – from incorporation to restructuring. She has in-depth expertise in fiduciary services and accounting.
Bojana Milinkovic, BSc BA, TEP / Dip (ITM), has been working at KENDRIS in various roles for more than ten years. She currently leads a team in the international fiduciary department and administers trusts, offshore companies and foundations for high-net-worth individuals and families worldwide. Milinkovic is a full member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
Verena Muringaseril, Swiss Certified Tax Expert and German Certified Tax Advisor, has many years of experience in corporate taxation, restructuring and tax strategy. Following her career in Business Tax Advisory Services at a “Big Four” firm in Germany, she has been strengthening the KENDRIS tax team since 2019 and brings extensive expertise in international tax law.

Further promotions:
Also effective 1 January, Pierre Galmiche and Konstantinos Mavrokordatos were promoted to Senior Managers. Seven employees were promoted to the position of Manager, and six employees to that of Senior Consultant.
